Dismantle and clean FCU front panel, casing, and air filters
Inspect and clean indoor FCU evaporator cooling coil
Clean drainage tray and vacuum drainage piping to prevent water leakage
Check fan motor operation
Inspect and clean fan blower
Check condition of electrical switches, thermostat calibration, and related accessories
Inspect outdoor condenser, including condenser coil and fan motor operation
Measure compressor running current (AMP)
Perform heat timing assessment
Inspect electrical control components and accessories
Check refrigerant gas system and operating condition
